Mr. Montgomery is a wonderful attorney. I should have written this review over a year ago.

The case he handled for my family was a very complicated case and he made it seem like a piece of cake. My husband has a disabled brother that we hadn’t seen in years and Mr. Montgomery was able to get us court ordered visitation.

The Campbell/Falk Act is the law that he was able to use. This was a new law in 5/2016 and we went to court 10/2017. We were told by the other two attorneys involved that visitation was out of the question because they didn’t know any different. The judge had even made the statement that visitation didn’t pertain to this case.

They say God works in mysterious ways. Well he definitely had a hand in putting Mr. Montgomery in our life. Again I cannot praise Mr. Montgomery enough and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Our current will was no longer accommodating our wishes and we needed to add two special needs trusts. We would also need to have an attorney that could help was with a conservatorship for my son. The attorney we have used in the past, felt it be better to have someone that specialized in those areas.

It is nerve wracking enough to get your affairs in order, but finding someone that could help us with both our wills and special needs trust, conservatorship AND not charge an exorbitant fee was proving to be difficult.

I happened across Mr. Montgomery and set up a meeting. His office was easy to locate and we found him to be personable, patient and very accommodating. He was quick to return emails and had an answer for all our concerns. He was able to meet our needs fully, provided us with all the needed documents in a timely fashion AND had reasonable rates.

As it will be several months before my son turns 18 – we have time to get together to start the conservatorship – but we have a game plan in action and the process should go smoothly.
